06. The Report

This annual report is a rendering of accounts to all our stakeholders. This edition was inspired by the standard version of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the foremost international methodology for sustainability reports.
GRI 102-52

The content gathers information about who we are, our commitments, and our corporate governance. It presents our processes of engagement with members, partners, the media, and the supply chain, in addition to addressing the year’s performance regarding the projects and initiatives we develop. We mention the changes in our organizational chart and the challenges of an ESG agenda focused primarily on strategies of sustainability, diversity, and inclusion. GRI 102-46

The priority topics discussed herein consider periodic consultations with stakeholders, e.g., through our annual “X-Ray of Brazilian Investors” survey and constant interaction with members, on representation forums and advisory groups, which allow us to listen to the market and identify what it expects from the Association. GRI 102-42, 102-43

The publication includes a link to the financial statements, which – like other GRI quantitative indicators – refer to the period from January 1 to December 31, 2021. These results were externally audited by PwC. GRI 102-50, 102-56

Employees can contribute up to 12% of their salary or make voluntary contributions; in the latter case, there is no counterpart from the company.
