Brazilian Services
Patria has four products models with different focuses. There are around R$ 12.2bn of assets under management, that is to say R$ 5.3bn in Private Equity, R$ 2.3bn in Real Estate, R$ 4.1bn in Infrastructure and around R$ 1.5bn in net capital management funds. In the capital management area, the predominant profiles of Patria’s clients are Brazilian investors that search for differentiated investment options. Patria also offers financial advice services.
Non-Brazilian Services
As a private equity funds, infrastructure and real estate manager, a large part of Patria’s resources is derived from foreign investors. In the area of capital management, Patria offers an offshore version of the variable income fund. The financial advice sector also provides services to foreign clients.
