Brazilian Services
Among the various services provided by NSG Capital are management, administration and controlling of Investment Funds. We also offer the services of qualified custody and assets bookkeeping, be it investment funds stocks, bonds or shares. We also carry out the structuring of all types of Investment funds and public or private distribution of bonds and securities. Besides this, we offer the services of exchange, bonds and securities insurance.
Non-Brazilian Services
NSG Capital has authorization to act as a legal representative for the non-resident investor, being responsible for the registration and updating of all of the information before the Brazilian authorities. To take into account that exchange operations are necessary for the formulation of some transactions, the NSG group also offers exchange services for non-resident investors.
